RENTAL RATES

NOTICE:

New hall rates as of July 1, 2024.

 

Damage Deposit $350.00

Day rental: 

• All Day rentals $300.00 + gst 

Hourly bookings:

• Saturday and Sunday $50.00/hour + gst for 4 hours or less 
• during week $40.00/hour + gst for 4 hours or less

Bartender rate for the event -   $75.00 + gst

Community Membership holders (have to live in Erin Woods) to receive 20% off daily and hourly rental rates.

There will be two rental maximum per year at the discounted rate of 20% for members.

Equipment
We have 6 foot tables(rectangular) and 7 1/2-foot tables (rectangular) and plenty of chairs to renters to use. Fees may apply.

• Rentals get full use of kitchen; reheat food only

Facilities
There is a kitchen (non-commercial) with side by side fridge and freezer, a microwave and an oven.
